convient bien pour une retraite calme ou pour des activités autour de Ubud genre artisanat touristique, randonnnées - à pied, vélo ou rafting; ou pour un passage lors d'un tour de l'ile
les plus: superbe endroit agréable et calme dans la nature (rivière, rizières, fleurs et arbres tropicaux), belle architecture (chambres dans des maisonnettes traditionelles); beau ciel étoilé, réveillé le matin au chant des coqs, hérons et bruit de l'eau
les moins: situé à Batuan; navette gratuite pour Ubud (20mn) mais pas de navette vers la plage (Sanur est à 30-50mn selon embouteillages); en dehors de la zone habituelle des bus ou taxis de Denpasar; c'est-à-dire transport à prévoir par voiture de location; buffet petit déjeuner uniquement si il y a un groupe de passage, sinon plutot limité.

The hotel location was fantastic. It is a very good place to relax and feel far from the noisy and crowded cities. Maybe a little bit risky for small children, because it is located by a river with any kind of protection.
It is very clean and the service was excellent. The rooms are very big, comfortable and the decoration is traditional balinese and very nice.
We rented a car (no need for an international license) and we could move freely around all the island. The hotel offers free shuttle 4 times a day to Ubud. But we didn't need it.
The food at the hotel was good, a little bit expensive in comparision with the rest, but quality and variety was acceptable.
